November Photo A Day Challenge, by City Sonnet, Day 20
Old
More than anything else, the word old, reminds me of old photographs. A moment frozen in colour or sepia. A portal to travel back in time to that moment . Fragments of memories that we leave behind for our children to remember us when we are gone.

This song by Kris Kristofferson is one of my favourites.
Look at that old photograph
Is it really you
Smiling like a baby full of dreams
Smiling ain't so easy now
Some are coming true
Nothing's simple as it seems
But I guess you count your blessings with the problems
That you're dealing with today
Like the changing of the seasons
Ain't you come a long way
Ain't you come a long way
Ain't you come a long way down
This old road.
Then this collection of old cassettes.I was enchanted into the world of Rock, Pop and Country Songs by these cassettes. I had a Walkman then . Now these are valuable keepsakes which echoes nostalgia everytime you look at it.
